Deep cleaning is highly recommended for first time clients. The main difference is in the level of detail. Regular cleaning is routine maintenance, focusing on surface cleaning, while deep cleaning is a thorough, less frequent service targeting neglected areas and built-up grime.

We sure do! We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly, and montly service.

Our cleaning professionals are highly experienced and undergo rigorous training. They are skilled in the latest cleaning techniques and use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the best results.

We request paper towels and trash bags. We use traditional cleaning products. For customers who prefer green products to be used exclusively or have chemical sensitivities, that’s not a problem, we can use your own products! Just let us know and we can accommodate your needs.

We understand that plans can change. Please cancel your appointment up to 24h before cleaning. If not, a $50 fee cancelation would be added on the next cleaning.

Yes, we are fully insured to provide peace of mind to our clients. In the unlikely event of an accident or damage, you are protected.

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. We carefully train our cleaning professionals, and we have strict protocols in place to safeguard your home. Additionally, we respect your confidentiality and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. You can preper for the cleaning team arrival:
Decluttering: To ensure a thorough cleaning experience, please declutter your floors and countertops by removing items like toys, books, clothes, and dishes. This allows our team to concentrate on the cleaning.

Keeping pets safe: During our visit, please keep your pets in a secure area.

Handling of Valuables: Please secure fragile or valuable items before our visit. Inform us if there are any large valuables you prefer not to be cleaned so we can notify your cleaning professional.

While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 48 hours of your service and we’ll send someone out to make things right.

What does a standard clean include?

  • Dust windowsills, ceiling fans, and furniture in specified cleaning areas (based on scheduled bedrooms and fan accessibility)
  • Change bed linens if a clean set is provided on the bed; used sheets will be taken to the laundry area
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms from top to bottom, including baseboards
  • Kitchen cleaning: exterior of appliances, inside of microwave, kitchen counters, and spot-checking cabinets; oven and refrigerator interiors available as add-ons at checkout
  • Remove trash from bathrooms and bedrooms, moving it to the main trash
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors
  • Provide all necessary cleaning supplies. We use Aqua Chempacs, an eco-friendly, enzyme-based product line that is safe for all surfaces; bleach may be used in bathrooms if needed
